Although we had plans to launch a limited-edition Mechanical Brow Pencil in Blonde in June (in fact, you’ll even see it listed in the Confidential Product Briefing in the March 16 Independent Sales Director Quarterly Power Plan), the launch had to be postponed due to delays we’ve encountered while trying to create an equivalent match of the original formula.
Because our ingredient suppliers have changed over time, we occasionally encounter challenges when trying to create an equivalent match of an original product formula. We know you’re disappointed, as this product was the number-one request at the product comments/suggestions booth during Leadership Conference. We appreciate your patience and understanding while we work with our vendor to resolve this issue, and we’ll certainly keep you updated on our progress.
